Brazilian Coffee Avocado Milkshake Recipe: This is a delicious variation of a very traditional and delicious recipe from my country.
Brazilians have been drinking this fruit smoothies since forever. We have this habit of consuming the fruit with sugar in many different ways.
Brazilian Coffee Avocado Milkshake
- 1/2 ripe large avocado
- 1 cup strong brewed Brazilian coffee, cooled (or 1/3 cup espresso)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Scoop avocado flesh into a blender.
- Purée with remaining ingredients for 1 minute, or until completely smooth.
